Our focus is player development. We seek to provide an opportunity for developing players to grow in the sport and prepare for success at the next level. We aim to inspire peak performance on the field by building self-confidence in each player. HARD Lax Elite raises the standard of elite youth lacrosse by providing a structured learning environment that continually challenges the athlete while offering encouragement and support in a positive atmosphere.
We aim to provide the players with a solid base to build upon as they grow in the sport. We design our approach and methodology to achieve total lacrosse athlete development. We work to bring out the best in each athlete through challenging exercises that require effective decision-making and precise execution under pressure.
We want our players to harness the benefits of teamwork, camaraderie, perseverance, and other invaluable lessons that help them mature into better versions of themselves. HARD Lax Elite is a comfortable forum where promising players can develop skills, have fun, and learn to win and lose with humility. We strive to offer a unique opportunity to develop by training with other talented players under the watchful eye of some of the area’s top youth and high school coaches and instructors.
